Your desires (part 2)

Are you abiding in Him? Are His Words abiding in you? John 15:7 reads: "If you abide in Me and My Words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you." If we as Christians are not abiding in Christ, then that which we desire will be very selfish. However, if we abide in Him and His Word abides in us, then that which we ask for will not be selfish. When we are no longer self seeking, God will give us those things that we pray for and desire in life.
